We specialize in full-service weddings with overall budgets starting around $75,000 and typically ranging between $100,000–$200,000+. Our couples prioritize meaningful guest experiences, thoughtful design, and working with trusted professionals who can bring their vision to life with ease and intention.

As early as possible — especially if your date or venue is in high demand. Most couples book us 12–18 months out from their wedding. If you're working with a shorter timeline, don't worry! We occasionally take on select events with less lead time depending on availability.

Venue coordinators are wonderful at managing the venue. They oversee the facility, staffing, and logistics on their end. A wedding planner, on the other hand, is with you from start to finish — managing your vendor team, creating your timeline, designing your day, and being your go-to for anything that might come up. We’re the ones making sure the candles are lit, the boutonnieres are pinned, and that you’re fully present, not answering calls from the catering team.

We don’t offer traditional day-of coordination because it doesn’t allow us to provide the level of care and attention we believe every wedding deserves. Our process is rooted in intentionality — and we’ve found the best results (and happiest couples!) come from more collaborative planning support.
That said, our Wedding Management package is the most hands-off service we offer — and it begins about 2–3 months before your wedding day. This gives us enough time to step in meaningfully, tie up loose ends, and ensure everything flows beautifully with nothing left to chance.
