FAQ's

  • When it comes to wedding planning, budgeting is key. While we have experience working with a variety of budgets, from intimate affairs to lavish celebrations, the average budget for our Full Service and Partial Planning couples typically falls between a range of $500 - $1,000 per guest.

Our Wedding Management couples usually have an overall spend between $35k and $45k on their wedding.

  • For full service planning, we recommend you book as soon as you have a date in mind and know your budget - usually around 12 to 18 months out; though we've planned our share of celebrations in shorter time frames as well.

For Partial Planning, 9 to 12 months before your wedding date is a great time to book to ensure the maximum level of support for either the design or logistical aspects of the planning process.

We book Wedding Management couples starting at 6 months out from their wedding date.

  • While having an on-site coordinator at your venue can be helpful, we offer a unique set of skills and expertise to enhance your wedding planning experience; including budget management and timeline coordination. While we will work closely with your venue coordinator, at the end of the day your venue coordinator works for your venue. We work for you and will advocate to ensure a flawlessly executed wedding day on your behalf.

  • That's totally OK! We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your needs and customize a package that suits you. Whether you need help with every detail or just want someone to oversee the big day, we can tailor our services to fit your requirements.

  • We do limit the number of weddings we take on to ensure we can provide personalized attention to each of our couples. We average between 12 to 15 weddings per year.

  • Our primary service area covers Virginia & Maryland; but we love to travel for weddings. If your target venue or area is anywhere on the East Coast or you're planning a destination wedding, we'd love to chat about your needs.

  • After years of experience in the wedding industry, the bare minimum service we are comfortable offering is Wedding Management. It allows us to have the full picture going into a wedding day and prepare appropriately to ensure the best possible experience for our couples, their families and their vendors. Ultimately, we really want the best day ever for our couples and that requires a level of commitment and communication that goes beyond just an 8 to 12 hour day. So while we may not offer “day-of coordination,” please know that we are fully dedicated to making your wedding day unforgettable.
