We’ll handle the full planning, design, logistics, and coordination phases from start to finish; including management of the wedding day or entire wedding weekend.

A completely comprehensive wedding planning package - we work closely with our couples to define their unique aesthetic, then help select vendors to make every detail come together to form a cohesive design. Every element from linens to lighting will be thoughtfully curated and completely customized for you. This hands-on service covers site selection, full custom design and logistical planning to ensure that your event looks gorgeous and runs smoothly.

If you're having a hard time envisioning your flawless wedding day, looking for help designing a particular element to your wedding day, and need support during the entire planning process; a full service wedding or weekend package is perfect for you. These packages also include our signature wedding day management service.

Our goal is for your wedding day to feel special, genuine and organic. We will work in detail with all of your vendors to ensure a cohesive wedding day in look, feel and experience for you and your guests.

We recommend booking these packages about 12-18 months prior to your wedding date.

Whether you’re seeking support during the design phase or logistics phase of planning, we will tailor a partial planning package that focuses on your needs.

Design Focused

We'll work closely together to create a stunning design concept that reflects your unique style and personality. From choosing the perfect color palette to selecting the most exquisite floral arrangements, we've got you covered every step of the way. We will handle all the intricate design details, ensuring that every aspect of your special day is picture-perfect. After a thorough discussion that focuses on your essentials, we’ll put together a tailored proposal and design plan to create a connective flow to your big day.

Logistics Focused

We’ll handle the nitty-gritty details like tent selection, transportation, hotel accommodations, and installs, so you can focus on what really matters - enjoying your special day! You can rest assured that every logistical aspect of your wedding will be meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. From ensuring smooth transitions to handling any unforeseen hiccups!

Partial Planning services are rounded out with our signature Wedding Management services and we recommend booking these packages about 9-12 months prior to your wedding date.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

You've worked hard to plan your wedding - your vendors are booked and you’re ready to hand everything off and enjoy your wedding day. We'll assemble all of the final logistics, consult with you on any remaining design touches, review your contracts, communicate with your vendors, create a comprehensive timeline and detailed floor plan for your big day. This package begins 3 months before your wedding date and is closely equivalent to a “month-of coordination” package. This is the most basic package we offer and feel it is just enough involvement to ensure a smooth wedding day for our couples who prefer to plan most of their wedding themselves.

Bookings for this package are typically available up to 6 months prior to your wedding date. Inquire for earlier availability.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ve done your research, reviewed our website, and want to find out how to move forward. The first step is submitting an inquiry to us through our contact form. We will start working right away to ensure we’re the perfect fit and we’ll find a time to connect with you for a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
Once you’ve selected your package type, received your custom proposal, and confirmed your date and location or venue; it’s time to sign your contract to officially book us.
This is when you receive access to your custom Planning Suite to keep you on track or to follow along as we move through the planning process on your behalf.
We will tie up all loose ends during this phase, communicate final details to your vendors, and send over your wedding day deliverables to you for approval before your big day.
Here’s where the magic happens! You get to sit back, relax, and enjoy watching your day vision come to life while we handle all of the details from start to finish.
